Blackmarket and any other illegal transactions has already existed long before Bitcoin arrives.
Is Bitcoin making it more easier for the drug cartel and crminals to transact because of its anonymity feature? Yes, these makes everything easy for them. But, the real question is, why did they made a lot of illegal transactions before with the use of fiat currency and traditional banking system when everything was traceable? That's all because they're are big syndicates that could controls the Government, while the Government controls the economy.
Now, why are the government is putting the blame to cryptocurrency and laballed as a tool for future criminal activities? Simple, its because government cannot control cryptocurrency specially Bitcoin, and criminals, drug cartels, and syndicates can move and do transactions directly on their own without the protection and help from the government.
If you come to think of it, it doesnt really make any difference.
