no I opened a new wallet put waves on and leased them, recieved rewards right away...one was to a "new waves lite" I went to site, it looked secure, waves plateform...but logged in today, lease canceled, and waves sent away

These were promised long time ago. If you keep reminding maybe they'd fast forward the development of the project and will finally approve the swapping.
I have no idea how the swapping technology work but don't you think the smart contract they are developing today has something to do with it and you just have to wait?

Can someone explain to me what is Coinomat? Is that some Sasha's project before waves? Was something built on top of NXT? It's some kind of ICO went wrong? How is correlated to waves btw?

Coinomat is a gateway service for Waves Platform users who want to introduce FIAT money into the Waves blockchain tokens. You can find more info on their website. I find it worrying that you leave out the critical fact that Sasha personally issued all the unswapped assets on the NXT asset exchange,  so it doesñ't matter what the status of Coinomat is now, the new operators of Coinomat did not issue these assets, Sasha did, and that makes Sasha responsible to these past investors.

Nobody who knows the history is going to be fooled, Coinomat might be a waves 'partner' today, but Sasha issued the unswapped assets, so they are most definitely his responsibility, so he either ensures the new Coinomat operators honour the swaps, or he does it himself.

Sasha issued the unswapped assets , and he was the one who promised a second round of swaps after waves launched. What new waves investors since 2014 believe is irrelevant,  the facts in this case are clear.

The wave token for a while though the value for the moment is down but the time for us to buy the wave then survive in the long run. I know it will increase all the time.
