Yes, correctly. But developers dont use a smart contract for the ICO because STM tokens sell for BTC not ETH.

This could be a good partner for every factory that have the need for funding, with it they could make their own cryptocurrency that can be used to gain some investment that will be able to expand their company, without having to struggle to code for a new cryptocurrency.
