"safe"... Nothing is safe here... And BTC, ETH & LTC are not ICOs by the way. ICO's are the crypto equivalent to an IPO, BTC, ETH, & LTC are the rough equivalent to already publicly traded stocks.

Also for what it's worth, my portfolio is a mix of high cap and mid cap coins. Obviously the further down the listing you go, the more hypothetical risk you run into, but do not think that anything here is safe.

I think investing in altcoin will yield faster returns, but I will choose to invest in real estate, because it is less risky.

I still believe that altcoins could be more profitable than Bitcoin and one day Bitcoin will be replaced by some altcoins which provide more faster transactions, lower fees and many new cool features .

Alternative cryptocurrency is developing totally now and its potential is bigger I think. They have more advantages like being predictable, activity, than BTC.
