What is the difference between DAO stack and EtherInc (einc.io).
They have already build what DAO stack is proposing to finish, their platform is live and working.

What concerns me about DAO Stack is that it has taken immense amount of time in developing the whole thing, even when the team has been doing private sales for last 6 months. How will you guys keep up with the competition in the future?
