why DAOstack is not offering the possibility to make a DAICO, or why DAOstack is not doing DAICO itself?

Looks very interesting . DAOstack is comparable to wings platform without forecasting event. I will try to contribute on its ICO because in my opinion it looks promising.

DAOStack is the completely different decentralized ecosystem where they have to ability to develop the large-scale industry where they can easily manage the collective resources in their company and specified are being developed by DAOstacks. Everything like decision making, budgeting, incentivisation etc.

What you say is very true. But now that is still a consideration is how to make it happen effectively and efficiently. Because so will facilitate the performance of DAOstack team.
Hopefully the team from DAOstack can find the best solution for it all.
