Offering a bounty program is the most effective way to promote such project. This is the common way of attracting more investors and how they spread out their information globally. But the team I think the team will have no bounty program so maybe they have an alternative way of disseminating their information.

Bitmillex Exchange is just the beginning of what will become the Bitmillex Financial Group. The Bitmillex team is thus a large one and not every team member has an active portfolio on the ICO Project Team.  Our United Kingdom registration was done by Malcolm Britton, the CEO and Ms Rasheedat, both British Citizens. As we have stated on our road map (see Q3 2018), we shall register in other jurisdictions and acquire relevant licences to advance our mission of becoming a top 5 exchange/trading platform in the world.

You're right,  having bounty program will really help in promoting the project and very effective to do. But if not,  there are other way to promote it,  such as by sharing information to others and through the use of multimedia and online shares.
