No doubt the concept and goals of time to compete with top exchanges makes it highly ambitious project. People aren't showing interest as they should have shown to this kind of project but they will reach to reasonable amount anyway. In the long run things will depend on the quality of services and how user friendly policies they will adopt.
You are right mate, the most important thing is that the best experience is really important like project will have a quality service and user friendly policies, aside from that it will have a competitive approach that ones project can be easily apply with a short processing period, if that would viable then there is no question that this project will on top among competitive competitors.
