First testing phase will be in Q1 2019 in the UAE . Thats the timeframe when the website version will be available.

Every time you complete a purchase or transaction through the trading platform you will be given back a certain amount of the tokens you spent. The % will be decided according to sellers conditions. So seller and buyer can both be happy with the transaction and the outcome of it.
