    A given coupon can only be associated with one "User" coupon at a time.
    In addition, the identity of the User may change when the coupon is sold to other Users on the platform.
    Therefore, the digital signatures of all actors in the ecosystem uphold its authenticity, making it impossible to refuse.
    So the level of security coupons will always be maintained, and minimize the fraud that often occurs.

    The Rouge ecosystem’s credibility depends first on the usability of its services but also on the buildup of its network effect: the number of Publishers and Issuers required to reach a critical mass to attract respectively new Issuers and new Publishers.

    South Korea has been in the spotlight a lot recently — and not just because of the Winter Olympics. It’s a hot market for blockchain companies right now and cryptocurrency is massive there. The country’s even on its way to making Bitcoin a liquid asset.
    A golden opportunity for the rouge to be able to introduce the project to the public, where it can also be made as a very good promotional kickstart
