If they only blame the bounty hunter, I think it is a big mistake for them, in my opinion this ICO if there is no bounty hunter they will never succeed in selling their tokens. Is it possible that their tokens do not have a future so they reason to fear the dump of bounty hunters. No, i believe that the real raised amount was 10 times lower. There are several factors which suggest that that they lied, there was a point in time when they raised 10+ million usd overnight, this most likely was trick to get noticed by real investors.
Project with vast amounts of funds cant handle such easy factors as entering decent exchange , the only one now has fake volume.

And in the end it does not matter if they release our tokens, they are almost worthless because there is no exchange!

Very low? It's ridiculously low for project which raised ''50'' milion$ , CEO said that all investores received tokens today and now distribution is ongoing (airdrop/bounty) . This project need serious exchange, but it looks like this project raised much lower that 50mill. Just my thoughts.
