I don't think he says he's going to make a fork, just that he wants the full story out in the open to kill all this nonsense anonymity.
SALSACZ previous post that disspell some of the myths surrounding the anonymity is a great start to this.
Personally I don't find to too weird that BCNext (whoever he is) would hire someone who had the same skills as he in terms of programming and also a interest in cryptocurrencies, perhaps they know eachother, perhaps they are the same person, I don't know and have no good reason to believe either way: I respect a persons right to privacy, but there is no doubt that this everlasting confusion is hurting NXT.
I think we just need more concrete information about when the client, the p2p exchange etc. is going to be ready
