I am just thinking from a (fraud-)tracking perspective. So if you ever know a single account a person on the Nxt network owns, you can track every transfer to any other account. No way to hide where you actually transfer something to, right?

edit: BTW still had no answer how much will costs be to develop and maintain NXT for 1 year.

Ok two things.

When I start.bat version 0.5.7 it auto-shuts down. Is this a common error?

And question from before - when will it be possible to send less than 1NXT?

There are many things ahead to spend. A global promotional campaign is not inexpensive if you want to feature Zhang Ziyi‎. I suggest to stick to the initial plan and spend the fund wisely.
