Their reply here is just for the public, not for helping me. That is how they operate. My emails are unaserwed for 20 hours, my message at nitro for 48 hours. They also ignore my affiliate.
Its because the case of your account is already finished and the way you sound towards them isn't helping.
Last time I also did the same mistake used a vpn to browse nitro one time because they would just block ips from certain countries and I was falsely accused of having another account but after explaining my situation everything went back to normal.
