I hope dogecoin can help this dog. His foot was cut off and the bone is geting out. You can really see in his face how sad he was because of the pain that he suffers now.

Month passed since the last rising wave of Dogecoin.
Based on the movements of Dogecoin and buy/ sell orders on market, I guess that Dogecoin has been on the way of its new rising wave.
Sooner, or later, we will know that my guess is right or wrong.
Next few weeks, then we all know.

People like you were lucky to jump into cryptos about 5 years back when the marked used to be too young!!  I too just learn to know about it only in 2017; so not as lucky.  

Dogecoin started to follow the direction of the wind when all altcoins unite with bitcoin to start a very positive green trend, but here I see doge still reluctant to climb more sharply like other altcoins, maybe rather hesitant to make the same decision. I hope it's just the wrong opinion from me.

Fluctuation are common with the market situation because even Bitcoin price is fluctuating which we cannot able to guess when the price of bitcoin is going to increase. So doge coin will fluctuate according to the market situation, the price will surely increase in the market so it is very good to grab the coins.

Why bitcoin is the exception.
I don't think there is exception for bitcoin.
All have dropped deeply enough to say that they have mostly found their bottoms.
From their bottoms, they will bounce back and recover.
Recoveries after terrible woundly falls take time, and recoveries will not finished after several days or weeks. I believe it will take months.

There is good chance to buy cheap coins in coming days under 50 satoshi. I put my orders on this level I hope it will happen soon when dip is on the way as like it moving in downwards.
