Is it a really huge conference or kind of a local meeting? I don't know why they choose Estonia, not London or Berlin
An average meeting, it's about 100 specialists over there as I know. Nevertheless it's nice visiting such meetings, sometimes they could be more progressive than a massive conferences where nobody would hear you asking questions.
