What does "long time" mean?

We have Twitter posts daily, a blog post once or twice a week, Telegram posts many times a day, and an actual app release approximately every 2-3 weeks.

I'll be honest, there are hundreds of PMs per day from people that go like this "Can I ask you a question?" or "Hi. Do you have a minute to discuss WhenHub?" or "I have something important to tell you."

I ignore all of these for the simple reasons that (a) I don't know the person, and (b) if it was important they would have gotten to the point right away so I have something to respond to.
