Just wanted to pop by and post some feedback.


I used directbet today for the first time for some horse racing bets (rare to find these at a bitcoin book). Winners were paid out very quickly with no fuss at all. Based on this, I'm going to switch books to here for the time being seeing as others have been very unreliable as of late. They have a nice selection of markets aswell on football(soccer) and will make use of this tonight!

I'm investigating why your bet transfer was not processed.

I sent you a private message as I need some more details from you.

If it turns out that we received your transfer but it was not processed due to a technical fault on our system, we will refund your bet regardless of the result, and also send you any winnings if it turns out that your bet is a winner. So if there was a technical problem on our end, don't worry, you are on a freeroll!

Could you allow people to keep a balance?
Perhaps as an option?

I actually like the current system without keeping a balance.
This minimizes counterparty risk (not that I don´t trust you, but I really see this as a great advantage to be able
to keep my gambling BTCs in my own bitcoin wallet).

Instead I would really love it if you would offer more bet options.

Sometimes in soccer matches there are very obscure betting options (I remember a spain women soccer match) and it had the following bet options
-over/under 2,5 goals
-over/under 6,5 goals

It would be really nice to have had the options O/U 3,5 goals, O/U 4,5 goals as well
It was of course already nice to have 2 options, but it doesn´t make much sense to of these two and not offer the rest (and with a 4 goal gap between the two options)...
(I have seen this with quite a few games)

Therefore rather than a "keeping a balance" feature I would like even more livebets betting options for the already available live bets.

(and in the said soccer match I bet Under 6,5 goals and the match finished 5:2     )
But that of course was simply bad luck and I was a fool for betting on a ridiculous 1.06 odd  

I keep a lot of money on Nitrogen/Coinbase, that take a while to send withdrawals, so they aren't exactly plausible for live betting.
