This site may have slightly worse odds in some cases , but they have better odds for other matches too.

The customers complaining here mostly have a problem with the delays in the blockchain. They should really know that before betting, or contact via support channels rather than derailing the thread.

DB was offering 5.6 on Fischer. I submitted a Negotiate bet (with min odds at 5.6) on Fischer. They received it while it was still open for betting at 5.6. Odds had not changed.

Problem for you is that the odds did change by the time the transaction was received. They were lower than your minimum 5.6 odds.
Since the odds offered at the time the transaction was received did not meet your standards, you had your coins refunded.
Pretty straight forward.

You are missing it. Bet said PENDING and will be confirmed shortly. During this time, I refreshed the odds 3 times in a different tab and they remained the same....5.6. My bet should have been confirmed INSTANTLY upon receipt.

DB, I placed bets on your site last night because I was hedging bets I had placed on other sites, and unfortunately your shitty site was my only out.

Don't bet with these frauds.

1) Extremely poor odds for in play
2) Bookie holds all of the cards. The way the system is setup, the customer is left in limbo while bets are "pending". You can't cancel a "negotiate odds" bet while it is pending. I've had "negotiate odds" bets show as pending for over a minute, even while my minimum odds are still available, and then have the bet show up as "negotiate" while the bookie sees what happens in the match and lowers the odds.

There are some pros...
1) fast payouts
2) pre-match odds are decent. Not the best, but decent.

Here's an example of the shit I'm talking about. My bet came in and should have been confirmed instantly. It wasn't, even though my minimum odds were lower than the current available odds. DB owes me .56. I caught them this time.

According to our records it took 3 minutes from the time that you ordered the bet on our website to the time it was confirmed.

Apparently part of the delay was because our Bitcoin wallet was clogged as at that particular moment we received an unusual number of bets on this game simultaneously.
