Check in another block explorer like blockr.io or blocktrail.com, I have seen similar issues recently with blockchain.info, if other block explorers say similar then contact the support with your Bet ID.

When this happens it means the blockchain explorer you are looking at is not yet aware of the transaction. Either check on another blockchain explorer or wait a few minutes and you will eventually see it.

We e-mailed you a proof of payout delivery.

Can you tell the odds on decimal please, as I think comparing odds in american format is tough for some people. By the way what you want to say ? Directbet is offering more or betfair ? I guess its DB, right ?
