I bet on Trump to win the AZ primary and never received a payout. Strangely, all my prior bets have been removed from my Bet Status section. That has never happened before. Was there some sort of problem?
That's by design.
Since there are no accounts at DirectBet, your recent bets are stored in temporary browser cookies that are deleted after a few days. Once deleted you will no longer see the bet in your bet history, but you can always check up the status of your bet from this page :

Alternatively, if you enter your e-mail address when betting, you will be able to request your entire betting history via e-mail from the same link.
At any case, your bets will be settled and paid out automatically at the completion of the event, even if not shown under 'Recent Bets'.
