I have an idea for a super bowl betting pool that utilizes the Counterparty asset exchange and I would appreciate some feedback on it.

Basically the game involves purchasing a token over the asset exchange that correspond to the NFL team you think is going to win the super bowl, and if that team wins the issuer buys back those tokens for the grand prize (probably .1 BTC, per token).

Team tokens sold by the issuer correspond to their current Vegas super bowl odds and will be updated weekly to reflect changes. Owners of the tokens may do with them what they wish; they will not be recalled and may be traded openly on the exchange for whatever else is there.

I already registered all the team names as assets(except somebody had taken "BEARS" already... hey guy who owns it, want to sell it to me?), as well as a handful of domain names. You can check out a bare bones version of the site:

I have an instructions rules list and FAQ I am working on that hammers out the details, but I thought I would open myself up to comments and criticism right now in case I am about to jump off a legal ledge or something. I'd like all the advice I can get.

I'm also thinking of associating image files for each asset but don't want to run into copyright issues.

Recent alien punk NFT sale at $16 million is a good reference where the 2017 images could auction for with christies and artbasel partnership. That's $500m for the published lot of 30 1/1's and $1bn for the combined 60 including 30 unpublished artworks from the pimp fashion collection.

As expected the most important source to certify causality between tokens and images were deleted so this is the screenshots from counterparty forum to prove the claim that the 3 vaults on eth, xcp and waves were created with the art as backing asset.

There are other provenance sources to verify this claim aswell.

The entire counterparty forum was deleted a few months after I rediscovered the causality link, think about that for a second. A vital link between the tokens and art worth $500m deleted a few months after 6 years online undisturbed...

There are no coincidences here friends.

The ERC-20 version is for sale OTC at $3m pre-christies for 99.85% of the vault stock and 100% of NFTs

The waves vault is currently trading at $75 000 to $130 000 cap and its NFT base asset will be published using Sign art 2.0 puzzle or waves native NFT marketplace at $1000 per NFT which should prove a lucrative starting point for collectors and speculators.

I am inclined to sell the waves sandbox version and NFTs as a combined lot OTC to a single buyer or consortium of well connected industry players for $60 000. I will then navigate them through the $500m monetization phase because Christies dont accept submissions from the source artist, we need a third party sale first preferably with established aftermarket sales over a 6-12 month period.

The ERC-20 is appraised at $2m-$20m and could appreciate to $500m I am not sure that the waves version will be worth as much. This is still a high risk investment.

You received a bid of $1M for 49% of the collection and you didn't take it?  

The ERC20 tokens being from 2017 is a good start, and it appears the images are also from around that time, but last I looked at it I didn't see anything that necessarily connected the art with the tokens on the blockchain or elsewhere.

What would help is links to something that proves the "off-chain provenance" of the artwork being associated with the tokens.
