To be honest though, your going to have trouble finding someone willing to sell via paypal though. that was your first post, and paypal always sides with the purchaser when it comes to cryptocurrency; its a known easy scam. You pay, we send coins, you report item never sent and get a refund without question from paypal. Not trying to call you a scammer, but with a brand new account, i doubt anyone is going to take the risk.

Your better option would be to either use your bitcoin/litecoin that you are holding, or to purchase more btc from a website like coinbase, or an exchange that accepts cash for btc, and then to purchase from exchange.

Hmmm yeah guess youre right. Coinbase takes forever and I think this coin will boost soon I dont want to miss it. I am willing to send in 25% increments. Because of the scam issue and all that I will deposit more into coinbase but if anyone wants to sell for only $100 or even $50 paypal I will be here to be messaged. I've been a lurker for a long time and been in the trollbox on btc-e for quite some months.

Not sure how else to put this, but for those who want to do that I will write in the notes of the transactions that these transactions are final with my signature so there cannot be any complications.
