it is not the same thing, these devs and RM talked and they decided to co-exist because the RM thing is not really the same thing, it is described as "Derivative Layer" where as this ultracoin is traditional

Does anyone have a working cpu miner for utc? I'm going crazy looking for one! Wallet miner is not enough...
