This should give you 110. To get 130(I think) you need 8gb RAM and change --lookup-gap 2.

I had that problem occasionally with a dual 7970 set up but it had 8GB of ram. The only way I could get it to clear up was to reboot the computer.

I have 2 questions about your conf file.
#1 What is the -d 0,1,2,3,4 setting for?
#2 What is the --gpu-map 0:1,1:4,2:2,3:3,4:0  used for?
