Etherereum forking usually fails! let's see how this will happen 

Yeah, i think just have some eth in your erc20 wallet and wait for the fork time, then it will automatically effect,
What am seeing here is for one to able to get good amount of exm, you must have a good number of eth, i.e 1000eth will give 1000exm ,
I think fork ratio 1:1 is not fair imo.
