Will it possible to use Exereum for creating DAPPS?

Yes, I never received any airdrop from them so yes chances are this is a scam project so be careful.

I think their goal is partnerships - they doing airdrops for projects with communities.

I think this is a good plan once, we'll wait for good when it will open soon in this project and also I think have all been updated.

Ethereum has much less hardforks that Bitcoin has. So, it's interesting fork. I know only three ETH forks including Exereum.
