why poloniex support not active in here
i think much bitcointalk member have problem about poloniex service, and need problem solved
Well, according to them, they want to focus all of their staffs to the support desk, hence the trollbox deactivation and (possibly) the lack of response here. But by time, I started to wonder about the efficiency of that decision
