eventhough the Dash Debit Card budget proposal is currently not competing with the other budget proposals for next superblock as its scheduled for a later super-block, i am curious if above situation

Anyone have ideas about why there are such big swings in price at the moment. Dash usually isn't like that. It usually goes up and down in slow increments. On the other hand, this may only be an illusion as I'm not so sophisticated, and the charts kind of change their amplitude etc... which can make them look smooth or volatile, LOL. And I have no idea what I'm doing to cause that???

1 : large bagholder wanted out no matter what .. which explains the rather unexspected dumping from 0.0158 to 0.0142
2 : large whale imposed a "correction" on the price to keep it more inline with whale's own strategy about price or maybe large whale was just dumping to make a living.
