Dash Activates Sporks 15 and 16, Deterministic Masternodes and InstantSend By Default
Dash has activated two sporks finalizing the 0.13 upgrade, locking in deterministic masternodes and activating InstantSend transactions by default.Finally, what expected from DASH community have finished, with deterministic masternodes that operate through three different keys, including collateral key, voting key, and operator key.
