Do the following
1 - darkcoind stop
2 - edit darkcoin.conf to masternode=0
3 - start darkcoind
4 - run "darkcoind masternode genkey"
5 - copy that hash
6 - edit darckoin.conf and change "masternodeprivkey=" to the new genkey"
7 - edit externalip=xx.xx.xx.xx (you current external server IP)
8 - save
9 - run "darkcoind"
10 - run "darckoind walletpassphrase YOURPASS 60"
11 - run "darckoind masternode debug" - should say "No problems found" - if not, you have some other problem"
12 - run "darckoind masternode start"
I did all of this step by step.
masternode debug said no problems found
after masternode start
I get this annoying message again "inbound port is not open. please open it and try again.
Ok then. got on config and change
listen=0
Not ideal, but should work. Test.
If not; check your router and open and port forward port 9999 and revert back to listen=1, and test.
listen=0 isnt ideal, but if wallet is closed shouldnt be much of an attack vector. Be sure to give hard rpcuser=NAME and rpcpassword=SUPERSTUPIDLONGHARDPASSWORD
