Evan is a realist. Sex and drugs, fun basically, are universal human motivators, for good (eg. the internet) or ill (eg. religious oppression) - DRK being adopted by the dark web is an absolutely necessary step to wider adoption.

It's a test it must pass to be taken seriously as a proven private platform for free and safe commerce. Weed being legalised is a bigger problem for DRK than DRK being needed to safely buy weed...
