i have a problem. i sent from a wallet to another wallet one block but it is stll unconfirmed after 3 hours!

what settings for my cpu do i need to put in the batfile??

my core i5 3570k only does 60kh, and my phenom 965 only 40 kh, this is to slow to mine with
