I should probably but a brief explination under the my announcements of the latest round.

1: I use a PMC Wallet specially set up for sending out block rewards
2: Using a script, I send myself small amounts of PMC. Every time this happens the script also determines what to set the transaction fee as, aka the "block reward"
3: This transaction fee is then injected onto a new block on the network
4: Due to the way transaction fees are handled sometimes several of these "rewards" can appear more than once in a single new block

I'm basically just constantly sending myself PMC and regularly changing the network transaction fee I pay when I send the PMC to myself, and this transaction fee I pay ends up in new blocks on the network. I can do this as quickly or as slowly as I like, however there are several conditions that determine the exact block reward payout.
