I Don't Know How To Do This:
Here is your fix:
1: shutdown premine-qt
2:make a new textfile paste this:
server=1
rpcuser=yourname
rpcpassword=yourpassword
rpcport=9335
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
addnode=65.167.153.125
addnode=65.167.153.115
...into it and save it as premine.conf in c:/users/**yourcomputername**/AppData/Roaming/Premine
3: restart your wallet.
4: allow the blockchain to download, and enjoy premine.
I Have PC/Windows:1. How/Where to open Text-File ?
2. How to paste that in ?
3. How/Where to save it ?

Start > All programs > accessories > notepad
Paste it into notepad. (hold down left click and drag over the text. Then let go, right click the mouse, and select copy. Then go into notepad, right click mouse, and select paste)
File > Save as
call it "premine.conf"
Find folder;
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Primecoin
Save it there. Then open wallet. Should connect.
