Now that truly is a real "mining pool". This is an excellent idea as it will solve most pool problems out there, by miners not getting paid, etc. Decentralization is the way to go. No more centralized pool operators. You are in control. I hope that Ethereum's price would go to the moon someday, as it has a very bright future. Microsoft and IBM would be great players in this scene. 

Is this because of the rise of BTC or something else? Btc reminded me of Dec. 2013.

Stochastic is staring to make its way out of the oversold zone, hinting that buyers could step in. Similarly, RSI is slowly heading up, which suggests a potential rally or another quick pullback.

In addition, a slight bullish divergence could be seen, with the oscillators forming higher lows since November 3 and price making lower lows since then. This adds confirmation that the selloff might be overdone and that a bounce is possible.

Give this rally in BTC a few days to slow down. ETH will start to pick momentum back up in the next 10 days. We will see more announcements from DEVCON and more and more people will begin to see this is extremely undervalued at this moment in time.  

The time is now to accumulate and hold strong. For next weeks rally. There are big players at work here trying to get you to dump.
