As Bitcoin becomes harder and more expensive to mine excluding ordinary miners pushing it into the hands of large corporations with massive computing power, charging higher fees - and Ethereum choosing the POS route to make sure it is powered economically and easily by ordinary computers, does this mean that Ethereum could eclipse Bitcoin sooner rather than later?

With all the $millions now at Ethereum's disposal for development and lots more to come, it looks like it could. All it takes is for people to realise that Bitcoin's future is a centralised big bankster one.

tested it with S7s with an ETH address.... lots of invalid shares though.... interesting concept this pool.

You should also put ETH exchange rates used and payment frequency in your web page.

Good luck in the new pool - will visit again when improved - meanwhile the S7s will now point to kano pool - they are having block party Friday!

If you mean the geth.exe, you just copy and replace the old geth.exe. For the wallet file, there is no need to upgrade.
