Is Mist connected to other peers?
Did you send to your Etherbase address or to a wallet-contract address?

If you sent it to your wallet-address and it doesn't show up, you can add it.
Since you sent coins to it, you should be able to retrieve what's the address.

Currently running a network test Homstead. Technical parameters of the network such that the block time increased to 1 minute! The reward for the block you have 5 coins. That is, the network will receive about 3.5 times less coins than now. While this is a test network, but I think it will. Selling coins in such conditions, a very stupid exercise.
