It's essentially a faucet that you register an address to, to get small daily payouts. Technically I do not think it will be difficult. The tricky part will be in the proof of ownership or whatever the validation would be to allow you to recieve the daily payout. The payout could be variable based on the total pot in the faucet.
I'm not sure I have the time to manage the project myself, but if nobody else does I might if I can spare the time. If the devs would create a bounty thread for this then I will be happy to provide as much technical detail as I can about the concept for any faucet coder to design it.
