I remember yesterday someone was talking about them being operational in the US and the Philippines. I've asked and they are not operational yet as they are just progressing with the sale. So that information is not correct. However their first operations will commence from Manila next year.
We got the information that the app is available, but you can only sign up with a phone number from the US or Philippines. and since they have not yet started in the US, we all had the assumption that the APP is already being used in the Philippines. If that is not the case, then I apologize for my impatient questions about the app :-)
By app, do you mean that of iOS or the android version?, because what has been stated here is for just the iOS platform and for now, it seems to be limited to certain countries which you stated but the bone of contention at the moment is the android version which we are yet to see or get an authentic information about, hopefully we will soon
