Imagine yourself in the place of this person: you make a transaction and you are asked to provide ID. What is the problem? He is afraid that they will find out about him. That's funny! Information about finances is sold even by banks, or does he have't money other than BCH? This person is hiding his identity. Would you do so, be you an honest man, if you have nothing to fear?
