I think that at the moment very early to worry about this, if they don't can raised softcap, they will be able to announce additional round, but it's better to inform about it in advance.

I dont know why investors are not turning in into investing in ICO even after having an mvp and demo site available already. I am not seeing TRN reaching its soft cap, may be they lower the cap or start the project with whatever they have got already.
