Absolutely it could, but that seems to be the case for most coins. Last rise I believe was due to Coinbase adding LTC, the next one was Segwit and that seen it hit $38 but has now dipped more than before that. Yes most coins dropped as Bitcoin did but if people are expecting CT, MAST, LN to boost it I was hoping there would be some sort of time frame for those? we were expecting it to at least double after Segwit.
