What is this summit about?

I checked ABS i-account site and it paid for SSL certificate just 15 days ago.It is very likely that its site was not suspended because of non-payment but due to request of I-account.cc as an illegal copy of their site - phishing scam site. ABS i-account looks almost like an exact copy of theirs site,everything is same,just contact address is different,plus it Login button redirect to their site. I-account.cc does not have any affiliate program,so ABS site for sure does not have their permission to make copy of their site.

Also I found that Novarise Secrecy owner has 20 different sites on same IP 209.217.240.17 as where is ABS iaccount, advertising his services almost about everything,from working with different financial institutions,to selling books,expert service for cryptocurrencies and exchanges,loans,sales,internet marketing and others.Guess what - all of them are suspended.Some of these sites are just 1 month old,so it is hard to believe that reason is that he stopped paying hosting services,much more it smells like discovered phishing network.

Also he registred 2 new companies,one for IT specialized solutions(Agora I.T),other for expertise on solar powerplants(Solara I.T).There are no field of business where that guy is not expert.
It seems it is not ordinary phishing scheme,but more like it is desgned to give some illusion of legitimacy ,to pull people in ,take their money and run away.
