Since you have txid, that means we did sent your coins. But there are no miner for FAC. So FAC team controls the transfers. Since we opened withdraw, the price of FAC drops sharply, FAC team does not want that. So they probably stop transfterring until they dump engough. You guys should ask them to start transferring.

Multipool is mining pool that choose which coin most lucrative to mine at the moment,
And at the end converts the coins mined to FAIRCOIN.
I guess the immediate result is an increase of FAIRCOIN price,
And in every few days an increase of a few percent
