I don't think there is a time when the ICO will end, now many ICOs don't have the right time. Bad markets and investor interest with a decrease in ICO are the main reasons.

A lot of exchanges with a turnover of 0..it took the ico coins sold..there's nobody on the stock exchange! Will it happen to your stock exchange?
