I'm sorry but seeing your website is too poor for me like there's no complete information about the team, no roadmap, whitepaper and even at least a one pager. It's more likely shady and smells like something irrelevant.

The project is probably in the planning stages, they have not published the whitepaper or any information related to the technique. I also care about top100exchange, ICO exchange has high prospects.
