    Since cryptorush has credibility issues at the moment we will focus our efforts on mintpal for the future.

    I did win wallet update with both:
    1. replacing 2 files and directory
    2. deleting

    and have problems with sync. I put cfg file and same problem. It says "This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. PLs contact the app support team for more info". It does at 1173 block remaining.

    so pls help!

    I tried both windows and building from sources on linux and worked without issues on my machine, otherwise I would not have posted!
    Did you put the files where they should have been? On windows in "%APPDATA%\66" or on linux in "~/.66" (without the quotes), I don't know where they should be on Mac, but mac wallet is a bit behind anyway and shouldn't need files replaced yet...

    Update: Just tried on another Windows machine and synced without problems!

    Yes, I've put those two files and dir into user/app.../....66 and it synced nothing just try to continue stats of blocks and message appear.

    Then, I delete those files and started sync and it goes till 1173 remining block and stop with message. Then I went to 0.6.6 and same message appears but when I start daemon file it goes without problem. So there is something with that wallet.

    Same thing, wallet crashes. Same block 1137.

    in log file:
    Database environment corrupt; the wrong log files may have been removed or incompatible database files imported from another environment
    PANIC: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery
    wallet.dat: unable to flush page: 25

    Problem is with wallet.dat from previous version of wallet (incompatible with new wallet). If you delete wallet.dat from previous version, and run new wallet, it wil sync to the end.
    After new version of wallet completely sync's, you should transfer backup wallet.dat from previous version, over the new version.

    cured by removing libraries visual c + +, followed by clean installation.Ne know the reason, but help Shocked

    I can't help since I didn't run into this issue, but try this alternative upgrade procedure:
    • stop the old 66 wallet
    • type %APPDATA% in the run dialogue
    • rename 66 to 66-old
    • start the new 66 wallet and let it sync
    • stop the new 66 wallet
    • copy wallet.dat from %APPDATA%/66-old into %APPDATA%/66 and overwrite when asked (be sure not to do it the other way around!)
    • optionally you can also copy 66.conf from the old directory
    • start the new 66 wallet
