This is what exactly happened today with the New York Knicks.
Julius Randle was sitting out and watching from the sidelines his team get beat by the Heat at home. It was really bad because they were leading by more than 12 in the first half at one point and then down to only 5 point lead by half time.
Then Miami turned on their playoff mode and it all collapsed for the Knicks.
They got smoked in the 3rd quarter and it just continued on from there.
To me Kyle Lowry is different in the post season since he was on the Raptors during their championship season, so he also has the experience with how the referee's call the games in the playoffs.
But it is only game 1 in the series, so it is not over yet and hopefully Randle can return in time before the next games are played this coming week.

Now it is Golden State's turn to see if they can win this and it is looking that way late into their 3rd quarter with a 12 point lead of their own.
Fox is already with 4 fouls so he left the quarter already.
It is looking like last year champions are wanting to retain their title with this performance they are putting on in this game 7.

Me either. Stephen Curry already passed a long standing record with his first three pointers during the match.
Playoff Warriors once engaged are nearly impossible to count them out.

If this was regular season then betting against the Warriors on the road would have been a no brainer, but being the playoffs it's hard to bet against them. Lakers will not be easy and 7 games is very likely. Going to depend on if the Lakers bench can produce.

Well the Knicks VS Heat was close by 1 and watching the match it was really an enjoyable game to watch, again this is really an exciting game for me the Heat have taken the lead because of their determination to flip the tables on the Knicks but you can not count out the Knicks if they lose the 1st match so I think for the next game I am still going with the New York Knicks,

While the Warriors VS Kings game was already sealed by the Golden State Warriors winning the game with an excellent performance for Stephen Curry, he scored 50 points a remarkable feat in his career, and if you watch the highlight you can just see Stephen Curry while he shoots the ball, it was a highlight for Stephen Curry,


And you are right the Heat have put it down to the Knicks tonight, Jimmy Butler has shown great play but this time with the help of his other teams and a good spread to the Heat this time, we can not take out the New York Knicks so easy like that this is just game 1 and we can see it on the next game it the Heat can still keep it up or not,

New York Knicks VS Miami Heat SCORE 101 - 108 - LOST

Nice parlay! At current odds of +1072, it's definitely attractive right now, especially since we've already seen some upsets in the playoffs. The 76ers could win one on the road, like the Hawks did in the first round against the Celtics.

For the Suns, Game 2 is very important since they don't have home court advantage. A win here would give them better confidence as they head back to their home court, where they will host the Nuggets in Game 3 and 4.

Even without Embiid. Hmmm, that's interesting because I am also doubtful about betting for the Celtics.
I think I will just take the safe path and accept that +10.5 for the Philadelphia 76ers. Harden could go nuts and so do Tyrese Maxey. These two guys offensively could create havoc and then add Tobias Harris if he finds his rhythm on his perimeter shots.

But I am taking the Denver Nuggets over the Phoenix Suns, I know adjustments do happen but I cannot still see the Suns winning yet until this series goes back to their home and gain some confidence back. The momentum is still with the Nuggets, they are hot and it might keep on going until they leave Ball Arena. Denver Nuggets -4.5

NBA today's games

Boston Celtics (1.23) VS Philadelphia 76ers(4.40)  

Celtics injury Danilo Gallinari has knee injury and can not play, 76ers injury Joel Embiid is doubtful if he can play, right now it is game 1 for the Celtics and 76ers so we can not say for sure if who's going to win even though the Celtics had a huge odds but I like the Celtics more so my pick is the Boston Celtics for this game


Denver Nuggets (1.54) VS Phoenix Suns(2.56)

Nuggets injury April 9 Collin Gillespie is out for this season, while Suns doesn't have any injuries at all, this is game 2 for this game and the Denver Nuggets have 1 their 1st game it was a great spread for the Nuggets moving on with their 1st game so if they done it with the Suns I think they can also do it again in this game, so my pick is the Denver Nuggets,

I can't imagine myself not taking the 10 after Jokic had 19 rebounds in just over 30 minutes of play in Game 1. He literally had 4/5 boards on a single possession while Ayton just sat there and watched, hilarious stuff.

The Suns need to make some adjustments on how they guard Murray after he got every switch/shot he wanted in Game 1. I expect a lot tighter defense on him, and i wouldn't be surprised if he gets doubled right away, let Porter Jr. and Gordon beat you.

Booker has 25 assists in his last three postseason games, he's been dishing the rock... The Nuggets blitz/hard trap him on every side PnR and he got some easy assists to Ayton. There's no need for Denver to stop doing this because it's effective, take the ball out of his hands and don't let him shoot 3s. It will be interesting to see if the Suns decide to switch the screener, trapping Booker will be more difficult (almost impossible) if KD sets those screens.

And, sorry to you guys who took the bet for the Boston Celtics. The Philadelphia 76ers won the game and covered all the spreads in the betting line.
For me, it was a +10.5 so yes, I am sure I will win it at the last minute of the 4th quarter because the game was too close. I never expected them to win that's why I added the large spread but surprise, surprise, James Harden turned into a monster. Memories of Houston Rockets days.

Denver Nuggets had some bad moments too and Jamal Murray was not hitting his usual shots. Thankfully, Nikola Jokic started strong and continued with hot hands until the end of the game. Aaron Gordon is very helpful too posting 16 points. Phoenix Suns were successful at not letting Gordon get offensive rebounds (Gordon only had 1 rebound) but his defense against Kevin Durant was superb. So does KCP against Booker.

The Celtics are getting on with it at the start of the game but the 76ers was quite impressive at  the half time that they still regained momentum in getting those win, now James Harden is cracking up a week or in a steroid for pulling something like that is his age, Tobias harris got 18 points Tyrese Maxey got 26 points, James Harden for 45 points, the 76ers have done a great job in winning the 1st game against the Boston Celtics but we all know about the Celtics and what they are capable off, but the wins are surely needed by the 76ers now, and congrats to all that bet for the 76ers,

Denver Nuggets VS Phoenix Suns SCORE 97 - 87 - WIN

The Suns did a great job at the start of the game, but the Denver Nuggets doesn't let the lead go much higher and finished the Suns, and just like I thought that Kevin Durant has been stopped even Devin Booker by the Nuggets, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope got 14 points, Aaron Gordon got 16 points and Nikola Jokic has a double-double of 16 rebounds and 39 points, winning the game, and advance their lead against the Suns,
