Comparing Natrajan with Bumrah so quickly is not right at all. Bumrah has proved himself through his consistency in the long term while Natrajan is just a beginner in comparison.

In the IPL, he took wickets consistently, but also leaked a lot of runs since many of his yorkers were full toss balls. He needs to prove himself as a consistent bowler in the long term.

I never liked Saini's bowling from the beginning, but many posters here appreciated his bowling. I feel there are better alternatives out there.

There were many users here who thought India would lose, but it maintained its streak. I smell the next T20 is going to be exciting as both the teams are now in great form and India is not looking in a mood to lose any games off the 3, but I adore Australia for their batting and if in the next match, they will present a score over 210, then India will lose.

I totally agree with you. I think Natarajan plays much better than Saini and Siraj. He will do better if he is trained well. He has bowled brilliantly in the last T20 match against Australia. He is far ahead of Saini and Siraj.

Agreed. IMO, Natarajan will be a better partner for Bumrah, when compared to either Saini or Siraj. India didn't had a quality left-arm pacer for quite sometime now, and I am sure that Natarajan will be able to fill that vacuum. The fact that he plays for SRH shouldn't be held against him. And the Indian selectors need to tell Kohli that he should not get too biased while selecting the playing XI.

Now its all on his fitness and selectors how they settle this young talent because now first they need to give him some good time in these two short formats as he gain some good expereince then bring him in test format which could be great for him and surely he is going to be very good for Indian bowling attack which was looking for replacing Ishant as now his time is coming up and this could be great for this younster as well.

I think Natarajan is now fit to play T20 and ODI matches for the Indian national team. Now he is in good form. The Indian coach should now collaborate to further develop Natarajan’s talent and skill. Otherwise, Natarajan will not be able to service the India team for a long time. He will be lost in the crowd of other players. We have seen before that many good talented players are lost due to lack of perfect direction.

To play IPL for a month and now playing in Australia and performing you think Natarajan has fitness issues  . The talents that did not fulfill is because they did not change with the demands of international cricket and you need to evolve as a cricketer because the opposition team is always learning your bowling skills and until you evolve and change you will fade out.

Both Dravid and Zaheer are known as mild natured and I don't know whether Saini would be able to adjust working with them. Aggression, up to some extent is good. But when someone repeatedly bowls beamers directed at the batsmen and then refuse to apologize, then the term is not "aggression". It is more like bullying rather than aggression. Saini is not the fastest bowler in the world. We had legends such as Curtly Ambrose, Alan Donald, Glenn McGrath and Courtney Walsh in the international cricket scene two decades ago. They never bowled intentional beamers even once in their career. But that didn't prevented them from winning matches for their team.

Agreed. Temperament is needed for the longer format and Saini lacks that. On the other hand, I have a feeling that Natarajan is suitable for both the shorter format, as well as the longer format. Anyway, it is nice to see so much competition for the slot of pace-bowlers in the Indian team. Apart from Natarajan, Saini and Siraj, we have a bunch of young pacers waiting for their opportunity, including Nagarkoti, Tyagi, Shivam Mavi.etc.
